Richard T. Streem, D.D.S.
Cleveland Implant & Restorative Dentist

A native of Cleveland Ohio, Dr. Streem completed his professional education and training at The School of Dentistry of Case Western Reserve University. A general practice residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital of Cleveland provided him with advanced training in implant dentistry, anesthesia and other dental treatments. As a leader in the area of implant dentistry, Dr. Streem made major contributions to the General Residency Program at Mount Sinai Hospital as a Clinical Instructor and to the education of dentists throughout the Greater Cleveland area. In 1969, Dr. Streem partnered with Dr. Pyner in the practice of general dentistry. As a member of The Greater Cleveland Dental Society, he is Chairman of the Continuing Education Planning Committee for Northeast Ohio. Dr. Streem focuses his practice on dental reconstruction with emphasis on implant prosthesis, preventive dentistry and esthetic solutions.

Jay C. Resnick, D.D.S.
Cleveland Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Resnick graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University and served his residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. In private practice since 1973, he also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Restorative Dentistry in the AEGD Residency Program at Case School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Resnick is a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary, and is a mentor for the L.D. Pankey Institute for advanced dental education. He served as Vice-Chairman of the Council on Dental Licensure with the Ohio Dental Association, and is Co-Chairman of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society Joint Committee on Continuing Education. Dr. Resnick has published in The Journal of The Academy of General Dentistry, and presented at the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Evan D. Tetelman, D.D.S.
Cleveland Restorative Dentist

Following graduation from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Dr. Tetelman journeyed to The Long Island College Hospital for an advanced Dental Residency. Earning a certificate in Oral Pathology at Sloan Kettering Hospital, he returned to Cleveland as an instructor at the Mount Sinai Hospital, teaching Restorative Dentistry, until the hospital was closed. Dr. Tetelman then transferred his teaching to the Case University School of Dental Medicine, where as Assistant Professor, he teaches Implant, Esthetic and Advanced Restorative Dentistry in graduate and undergraduate clinics. He is also Co-Course Director for two dental implant training courses at the University. Dr. Tetelman is a member of multiple professional societies dealing with dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. He is a national lecturer for Nobel Biocare and Camlog, two of the world’s leading Dental Implant Companies.

Jeffrey A. Young, D.D.S. Cleveland Esthetic, Implant & Family Dentist

Dr. Young was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and is a second-generation dentist. After graduating from the University of Toronto, he attended the University of Michigan, where he received his degree in Dentistry. Dr. Young then elected to advance his dental education in a general practice residency program at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland. He subsequently went into private practice in 1998; two years later he joined Drs. Streem, Resnick and Tetelman. Dr. Young maintains a restorative based practice that focuses on esthetic, implant and family dentistry. In addition, Dr. Young is a Senior Clinical Instructor in the Department of Community Dentistry at the Case School of Dental Medicine. He is a delegate to the Ohio Dental Association and an active member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the Alpha Omega International Fraternity.
